What is my User ID?

Your User ID will always be your email address.

I forgot my User ID.

If you have forgotten the User ID (email address) with which you set up your BioCentury account, click here to submit a request for your User ID from a BioCentury Customer Support representative. Or you may call Customer Support
at +1 650-595-5333 x 210 between 6 a.m. and 5 p.m. PST, Monday through Friday.

I forgot my password.

If you forgot your password, click here to submit a request for a temporary password. After entering your User ID, you will receive an email from BioCentury with a temporary password. Use the temporary password to log in to the BioCentury website. (After logging in, you can select CHANGE PASSWORD from HELP & SUPPORT to change the temporary password to a password of your choice.)

How do I change my password?

After logging in to with your current or temporary password, click here, or select HELP & SUPPORT, then select CHANGE PASSWORD and follow the instructions.

When I try to log on to, I receive an error message "Incorrect User ID or Password."

  • Check to make sure your User ID (email address) is the email address for your BioCentury account to which your publication is normally delivered.
  • Make sure your password is entered correctly. To reset your password, click here.
  • If you cannot reset your password, contact with details of your problem, or call BioCentury Customer Support at +1 650-595-5333 x 210.

I'm having trouble logging in.

  • If you have entered your User ID and password, but are having trouble logging in, please click here to clear your cookies from (all other cookies will still be intact), and then try to log in again. If you continue to have problems, please call Customer Support at +1 650-595-5333 x 210.
